Selection Process :Physical test followed by written test. Subsequently, a medical test will also be conducted.
Physical Criteria for WB Police Recruitment
- For Constable Recruitment, Height 167 cm and weight should be 70 kg. The chest of the candidate should be 78 cm. The height criteria for Gorkha candidates is 160 cm. Candidates are required to run 1600 meters in 8 minutes 30 seconds.
- For lady constable, Height should be 160 cm and weight 49 kg. Height criteria for Gorkha candidates should be 152 cm and weight 45 kg. Candidates are required to run 800 meters in 4 minutes.
Application fee : 170 / – for General / OBC Constable, 270 / – for Sub Inspector, pay the Examination Fee through Debit Card / Credit Card / Net-Banking or Challan or Intuitive Center, for SC / ST of West Bengal only 20 / – (Processing fee)
