The main examinations will be conducted by the Commission from 8 January 2021. The examinations will be held till January 17, 2021 as per the UPSC Civil Main Exam time-table. Candidates who have cleared the Civil Services Preliminary Examination 2020, who have filled the detailed application form (DAF), can download the UPSC Mains Schedule 2020 Commission’s official website, upsc.gov.in or download it from the direct link given below. .

Civil Services Mains Exam 2020 Time-Table
January 8 – Paper 1 essay from 9 am to 12 noon
January 9 – Paper 2 General Studies-1 (9 am to 12 noon) and Paper 3 General Studies-2 (2 pm to 5 pm)
10 January – Paper 4 General Studies-3 (9 am to 12 noon) and Paper 5 General Studies -4 (2 pm to 5 pm)
January 16 – Indian language (9 am to 12 noon) and English (2 pm to 5 pm)
17 January – Paper 6 optional subject Paper-1 (9 am to 12 noon) and Paper 7 optional subject Paper-2 (2 pm to 5 pm)
