After reviewing the current corona situation in a special meeting held today, the UPSC has decided to postpone the recruitment examination.
Therefore, the proposed Employees Provident Fund Organization (EO / AO) Recruitment Examination, 2020 has been postponed to May 9, 2021. Along with this, the Indian Economic Service / Indian Statistical Service Examination, 2020 (scheduled for April 20–23, 2021); The personal test (interview) and recruitment examinations of the Civil Services Examination, 2020 (scheduled for April 26-June 18, 2021) have also been postponed until advance notice.

The dates of interviews and recruitment examinations, where candidates and counselors have to travel from all parts of the country, will be reviewed from time to time. For these, a revised program will be released on the UPSC website. Any other decision of the Commission in respect of examinations, recruits and interviews will be made available on the website of the Commission promptly. Whenever the dates for adjourned examinations / interviews are decided, it will be ensured that the candidates are informed at least 15 days in advance.
