UP Anganwadi Recruitment 2021: A golden opportunity has come up for the fifth and eighth pass youths. The government has issued a notification for the recruitment of 620 posts of Anganwadi workers and sevikas in Uttar Pradesh Child Development Services Examination, Nutrition Department, Kanpur.
Applications are invited from the interested and eligible candidates having the required qualification for these posts. Candidates can apply to these posts on or before 30 June 2021. According to Kanpur District Program Officer Inderpal Singh, the recruitment process is to be completed in 45 days. Below poverty line candidates will be given preference in these posts. Candidates will be selected on the basis of merit.
Who can apply
For the posts of Gram Sevika or Sahayak, the candidate must have at least 5th pass. At the time of selection, preference will be given to divorced, widowed and women from below poverty line families. Candidates should belong to same Gram Panchayat or same Ward for selection.
Rural servants are to be recruited in these blocks
Applications have also been invited for 319 Gramin Sahayikas of 31 Mini Anganwadis. 91 Anganwadi workers will be recruited in urban areas and 179 in rural areas. Most of the vacancies are to be filled in Sarsaul Block. Among the blocks to be recruited, 42 posts are vacant in Bilhaur, 23 in Patara, 27 in Bidhanu, 14 in Kalyanpur and Chaubepur, 9 in Shivrajpur, 2 in Kakwan, 12 in Bhitargaon and 4 in Ghatanpur. While 41 posts are vacant in Urban First and 50 in Second.
