UPPSC Lecturer Recruitment 2020: Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission has recruited 1473 lecturer posts. This vacancy has been taken by UPPSC for the vacant posts of Government Inter Colleges and Government Girls Inter Colleges of Uttar Pradesh. How many posts in a category
Out of 1473 vacancies, 991 posts are of male cadre. Of these, 400 posts are unreserved, 98 posts are EWS, 265 of Other Backward Classes, 210 for Scheduled Castes and 18 posts for Scheduled Tribes. In this order, 203 posts are reserved for 482 posts of women cadre, 42 posts of EWS, 130 of Other Backward Classes, 101 of Scheduled Castes and 6 posts are reserved for Scheduled Tribes.
pay scale
Selected candidates for the posts of Lecturer (GIC) and Lecturer (GGIC) will get from Rs 47600 to Rs 151100 per month as salary. This pay scale will be on the basis of Level-8.
Age Range
According to the information released by the Commission, candidates between the age of 21 to 40 years will be considered eligible for this recruitment. The age count will be on 1 July 2020. However, the age limit for the PwD is 55 years.
Eligibility
According to the commission, the candidates applying for this recruitment must have a post graduation and B.Ed or LT diploma from a recognized university in the respective subject.
Selection Process
For the first time, the selection of candidates for lecturer posts will be done on the basis of the main examination by the Public Service Commission. That is, the candidates have to take the preliminary examination and the main examination only, for this the interview will not be taken.
