RRC Group D, NTPC Recruitment 2020 : The recruitment exam dates for the posts of Railway Recruitment Board RRC Group D and NTPC can be released this month. After waiting for a long time, the Railways announced to conduct examinations from December 15 last month. In such a situation, it is expected that the examination dates will be released this month. Railways has informed that 2.40 crore youth have applied for 1.40 lakh posts of ATPC, Ministerial and Group D.

Selection of candidates for the above posts will be done on the basis of Computer Based Test (CBT) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET). Candidates who have cleared the online examination will be called in PET. Due to different day examinations, the method of marks normalization will be adopted in CBT. Three times the total vacancy candidates will be called for physical efficiency. Group D CBT will have negative marking. One third mark will be deducted for each wrong answer. Candidates must keep in mind the negative marking, especially in the examination.

NTPC exams are going to start from 15 December 2020. NTPC and Ministerial application status was released recently. Detailed schedule of all railway recruitment examinations is yet to come. The schedule will be released soon on the official website.

20 percent posts of apprentices
According to the railway release, under the Apprentices Act 2016, Indian Railways has reserved 20% (20,734 posts) out of 1.03 lakh recruitments for Level-1 for apprentice youth. This recruitment process is going on. Let me tell you that under the Railway Apprenticeship Program, training the youth from time to time so that they can learn the skill of working. These youngsters trained are called apprentices.
