J&K Lecturer Recruitment 2021: There is good news for the youth preparing for government job in the field of higher education. Under the Department of Higher Education Department of Jammu and Kashmir, applications have been invited from the eligible candidates for recruitment to various teaching posts in the government college. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the posts of Lecturer, Librarian and Physical Training Instructor (PTI) and Teaching Assistant under Academic Arrangement by downloading the application from the official website jammu2021.acadarrangement.in. The process of online application has started from 28 April and the last date is 11 May 2021.

Applications have been sought from qualified candidates in more than 42 disciplines
The subjects for which applications have been invited from the Jammu and Kashmir Education Department include Hindi, English, History, Geography, Home Science, Chemistry, Commerce, Computer Application, Physics, Sanskrit, Sociology, Statistics etc. Applications have been sought from qualified candidates for a total of more than 42 subjects.
Compulsory qualification
Candidates desirous of applying for the posts of Lecturer / PTI / Librarian and Teaching Assistant should have passed a masters degree with at least 55% marks in the relevant subject. Apart from this, one must pass the UGC NET or SET or SLET examination in the subject related to the vacancies. Similarly, the candidates aspiring for Teaching Assistant posts should have passed Masters Degree with at least 55% marks in the relevant subject.
How to apply
Eligible candidates visit the portal Jammu and Kashmir Education Department’s official portal jammu2021.acadarrangement.in. After that, click on the link of the fill application form given on the home page. After this, register the required details by registering. After this, candidates will be able to submit their application by login through the allotted application number and OTP. At the time of application, the candidates will also have to pay a fee of Rs 100, which can be paid in online mode.
