Eligibility criteria
For Forest Range Officer Recruitment 2021, the applicant must have passed a Bachelor of Science or Engineering in a recognized university. Talking about the age limit, the minimum age of the applicant has been set from 21 years and maximum 31 years on 1 January 2021. Physically skilled youth are eligible to apply for this recruitment.

Physical standard
Male candidate height – 163 cm
Chest for male candidates – minimum 79 cm and minimum flowering of 5 cm should also be done
Female candidate height – 150 cm
Chest for female candidates – minimum flowering of 74 cm and 5 cm

Selection Process
The selection of candidates for recruitment to the posts of Forest Range Officer in Himachal Pradesh Forest Department will be done on the basis of screening test / written test and interview. The screening test will be conducted in the first phase, the candidates who qualify will be eligible for the main examination. Screening test scores will not be added to the final list. Candidates will be called for interview on the basis of marks obtained in the main examination. And final merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in both the stages.
