Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a public sector Navratna company under the Ministry of Defense, Government of India, has issued notifications for a total of 135 vacancies for various posts in its complex in Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh). As per the recruitment advertisement released by BEL on 16 December 2020, applications have been invited from qualified candidates for the posts of Trainee Engineer, Trainee Officer and Project Engineer.

Educational Qualification Eligibility
Trainee Engineer – First class BE / BTech / BSc Engineering degree in trade related to a reputed university / institute. Also, one year of related work experience. Maximum age limit is 25 years as on 30 November 2020.
Trainee Officer (Finance) – Two-year full-time MBA degree in Finance from a reputed university / institution. Also, one year of related work experience. Maximum age limit is 25 years as on 30 November 2020.

Project Engineer – First class BE / BTech / B.Sc engineering degree in trade related to a reputed university / institute. Also, 2 years of related work experience. Maximum age limit is 28 years as on 30 November 2020.
Selection Process
The candidates will be selected on the basis of marks of qualifying exam, related work experience and interview conducted through video conferencing. 100 marks are prescribed for the entire selection process. Of these, 75 marks are prescribed for qualifying exam, 10 marks for work experience and 15 marks for video interview.
