UPPSC PCS Prelims Exam Revised Result 2020: Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission has released the revised result of PCS Preliminary Examination 2020. The result of UP PCS Pre-2020 released by Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission on 21 November 2020 was misplaced due to technical flaw. The Commission has released the revised results after canceling the PCS Pre Exam -2020 result after being caught. In the result released by the Commission on 21 November, a total of 5393 candidates were declared successful in the pre-examination. At the same time, the number of candidates who have been successful in the revised result has increased to 5535. However, out of the candidates who have been successful in the result released on 21 November 2020, 1131 candidates have been eliminated.

The Commission said that the PCS Pre-2020 results were released incorrectly due to technical deficiency in two posts of Labor Enforcement Officer and Child Development Project Officer. There was an error in the results due to differences in the postal number mentioned in the official notification of the post of Labor Enforcement Officer and Child Development Project Officer and in the online application process. 967 candidates of Child Development Project Officer have been out of the results due to not meeting the qualification. At the same time, 139 candidates have been removed from the previously selected list of labor enforcement officers because of not completing the qualification. While 25 candidates are out due to cutoff.

It is known that the UP PCS and ACF and RFORE Pre-Examination -2020 was conducted on 11 October 2020 at 1282 examination centers in 19 cities of Uttar Pradesh. A total of 5,95,696 candidates had registered for the UP PCS Prelims Exam, in which 3,14,699 candidates appeared for the exam.
