Notification for SSC Steno and JE Recruitment 2020 Exam will be released soon by Staff Selection Commission (SSC) on its official website.i.ss.nic.in. All those candidates who want to appear in SSC Steno and JE Exam 2020 this year will be able to register themselves on the official website of SSC, ss.nic.in.
As per calendar 2020, the notification for SSC Steno and JE Recruitment Exam 2020 will be issued by the Staff Selection Commission in the first week of August 2020 (4 August 2020). All the candidates for both the recruitments will be able to register themselves on the official website of the Staff Selection Commission ssc.nic.in from 4 August 2020. The online application process for SSC Steno and JE Recruitment 2020 will continue for one month i.e. till 3 September 2020.
It is worth mentioning that this year, the Commission will conduct recruitment exam 2020 for SSC Steno Group-C & D posts from 1 December 2020 to 3 December 2020, while SSC JE exam 2020 will be computer-based, which will be conducted in the month of February 2021. Eligibility Criteria for SSC Steno and JE Recruitment 2020 Notification:
Educational Qualifications:
SSC Steno Group C & D Exam: Candidate should have passed 10 + 2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board. Candidates appearing in the final year of the board or university can also apply for this exam.
SSC JE: Degree or Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from a recognized university or institute.
Age Limit for SSC Steno and JE Exam 2020:
Stenographer Grade ‘C’: 18 to 30 years
Stenographer Grade ‘D’: 18 to 27 years
Junior Engineer: Up to 32 years.
(There will be age relaxation for reserved category candidates as per government norms)
