About Sevana Pension 2021

Indira Gandhi National old-age pension
Under the Indira Gandhi National Old Age Pension Scheme pension is provided to old people who do not have any means of financial support.
With the help of the Indira Gandhi National Old Age Pension Scheme, the old people of the state are not required to be dependent on others for their daily needs.
Previously Indira Gandhi National Old Age Pension scheme was managed by the social welfare department but now the responsibility is transferred to the local government. Indira Gandhi National Disability Pension is provided to mentally or physically challenged citizens of Kerala. This pension is offered to those citizens who do not have any kind of financial support.

Pension for unmarried women above 50 years of age
There are many women throughout the state who have attained 50 years of age and are still unmarried. These women do not have any kind of financial support.
