Govt Jobs: The Institute of Banking Personal Selection has created vacancies for the posts of PO and Management Trainee (MT) in banks. These recruits are withdrawn for the financial year 2021-22. The online examination will be conducted in October or November 2020 for recruitment to these posts. Applicants desirous of recruitment to the post of Probationary Officer and Management Trainee in Participating Banks can apply through online application till 26 August 2020.
What is merit
Applicants are required to be Indian citizens for recruitment to the posts of PO and Management Trainee under IBPS. Along with this, the age of applicants should not be less than 20 years and not more than 30 years as on 1 August 2020. However, exemption has also been given to the applicants of certain categories in the maximum age limit, the information of which is available on the website of the institute. Apart from this, applicants are required to have graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

How will you choose
For selection, applicants have to take an online test. In the first phase, there will be an online pre-primary examination and in the second phase, an online main examination will be given. Applicants shortlisted in these exams will be called for a common interview which will be conducted by participating banks. The interview will be coordinated by the Nodal Bank.
