According to the officials of Jaipur division of Railways, under the Garib Kalyan Rozgar Abhiyan, projects worth Rs 1800 crore is being run, in which more than 8 lakh people can be employed. Out of which 4 lakh people will be given employment in Rajasthan only.

These railway projects will be run for the next 125 days, through which people will get the means of income. But soon there will be many more projects through which the people of the state will continue to get work and new people can also take part in this employment campaign.

Railways have also appointed nodal officers in 116 districts of 6 states. At present, there are 160 construction works of Railways, through which workers will get employment.
