Rajasthan CHO Recruitment 2020: The Rajasthan High Court has directed the Health Department to issue the CHO recruitment cut-off. During the hearing held by the court on Monday, 22 February 2021, it was directed that the cut-off of recruitment should be issued in 7 days. Judge Justice Dinesh Mehta gave these instructions for disposal of the case of the petitioner Dharmendra and others and Shivprakash and others seeking release of the cut off of the Community Health Officer Recruitment Examination 2020. Hearing this matter, Judge Dinesh Mehta passed an important decision and directed the Health and Medical Department to issue category-wise cut-offs.

The advertisement for recruitment on contractual basis was released by the department on 31 August 2020. Written examination was conducted for the selection process. The results of the written examination have been announced on 16 January 2021. After this, the candidates declared successful were called from 1 to 3 February 2021 for verification of the certificates.

After interview in this recruitment, document verification of the candidates twice the number of vacancies was called. As part of this process, the candidates could not know how many candidates were shortlisted. The Health and Medical Department released the cut off marks for the exam while releasing the CHO recruitment exam results and no later. Due to this, the candidates could not know how many candidates have been selected, and are the marks of the other candidates less than the final candidate? A petition has been filed by some candidates in the High Court about this.
