Educational qualification:
Scientific Officer .D D ‘(Medical Physics) – For the said post, the applicant must have a PhD (Physics / Medical Physics) with an MSc in Medical Physics / Post-MSc (Physics) Radiological Physics.
Scientific Officer D ‘(Physics) – Ph.D. In Experimental Atomic or Particle Physics.
Scientific Officer / C ‘(Electronics) – BE / B.Tech degree in Electronics or Communication Engineering or Instrumentation is required.
Scientific Officer ‘C’ (Medical Physics or Radiation Biology or Nuclear Medicine) – M.Sc in Radiation Biology as well as a Diploma in Nuclear Medicine or Post-M.Sc (Physics) Radiological Physics.

Age Range
Scientific Officer ‘D’ (Medical Physics) – The applicant should not be more than 40 years of age.
Scientific Officer ‘D’ (Physics) – The applicant should not be more than 40 years of age.
Scientific Officer ‘C’ (Electronics) – The age of the applicant should not be more than 36 years.
Scientific Officer ‘C’ (Medical Physics or Radiation Biology or Nuclear Medicine) – The applicant should not be more than 36 years of age.
