Educational Qualifications:
Financial Specialist: Candidate must have Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant / MBA (Finance) / M.Com. Should be qualified.
Engineering Specialist: M.Tech in Structural Engineering from a recognized university. Must have knowledge of working in MS office.
Specifically Management Specialist: Master’s degree in Social Work / Social Science / Social Management. Knowledge of computer application (CA) to prepare databases and reports.
