Before you explain the process, let’s take a little overview first.

1. Those returned to the state or other people who do not have the overall ID, their ID will be generated as per the first rule. After this, the survey, document checking, and registration work will be done through the overall ID.
2. Now the overall ID and Aadhar card number will have to be entered on the portal. Keep in mind that only those people who are eligible for registration in the Chief Minister’s Jan Kalyan Yojana or Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.
3. Now information from eligible migrant workers is to be uploaded and uploaded on the portal before 3 June 2020. Apart from this, the forms have also been directed to be kept completely safe in the records. The Secretary of the same Gram Panchayat and ward in-charge of the urban areas will help them in filling the survey forms of the beneficiaries.
4. This entire work will be done by the district collectors. The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for rural areas. There will be officers authorized by the Chief Municipal Officer and the Municipal Corporation Commissioner for the same urban area.
5. Information about the registration of migrant laborers will be given to the Rural Development Department. So that all applicants can be given work under MNREGA. Besides, the Food Department will also provide ration facilities to the eligible applicants through Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana.
