Jharkhand, JPSC Result 2021: Jharkhand Public Service Commission has canceled the merit list of 6th Combined Civil Services Competitive Examination. The court has given JPSC 8 weeks to release the revised merit list.
Jharkhand, JPSC Result 2021: The court of Jharkhand High Court Judge Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi has canceled the sixth merit list of JPSC. Along with this, the appointment of 326 candidates has been declared illegal. The High Court has ordered to release the fresh merit list in 8 weeks. Along with this, instructions have been given to fix the responsibility of JPSC officers who are negligent. In this case, on February 11, 2021, the court had reserved the decision after the completion of the hearing. The High Court has given its verdict on various petitions challenging the result of the 6th Combined Civil Services Competitive Examination conducted by JPSC.

Actually, Sumit Kumar had challenged in the High Court on the point of minimum marks of JPSC. In the said case, the High Court while giving its decision, JPSC ( JPSC ) has been canceled and again ordered JPSC to release the result. The court has said that the recruitment process should be completed by taking out the results again within 8 weeks. There are dozens of petitions in this matter which were raised on other points. Those petitions have also been dismissed.

Apart from Sumit Kumar, 16 different petitions were being heard continuously by the court since February 3. Advocate General Rajeev Ranjan on behalf of the State Government and Advocate Sanjay Piparwal on behalf of JPSC. He opposed the contention of the applicants and told the court that JPSC had released the result of the sixth civil services examination as per the terms of the advertisement. On the basis of this result 326 candidates were declared successful. After publishing the result, the recommendation was sent to the state government for appointment. Jharkhand High Court on this issue ( Jharkhand High Cout During the hearing, the applicants said that there are many discrepancies in the 6th JPSC result. JPSC had released the final result by adding the qualifying paper marks which is wrong from every point of view. There have also been many errors in preparing the result.
