IBPS has invited applications from B.E./B.Tech Pass candidates for the post of Specialist Officer SO 2020. IBPS SO 2020 is scheduled for the preliminary examination. Everyone is advised to go through the detailed notification before filling the online application process.
The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has issued a notification related to the Common Recruitment Process (CRP) for selection of personnel to the posts of Specialist Officer Cadre. Candidates who wish to apply for these posts can apply through the official website (ibps.in).
IBPS SO notification 2020 can be issued in October 2020. Through IBPS SO recruitment, the candidates will be selected for IT Officer, Agriculture Sector Officer, Rajbhasha Officer, Law Officer, HR / Personnel Officer and Marketing Officer. The prelims exam will be held on 26 and 27 December 2020, while the Mains exam will be held on 24 January 2020.

Eligibility: – The age of the candidates should be at least 20 years and not more than 30 years, the age of the applicant should be between 20 and 30 years by November 1, 2020. Age relaxation will be applicable by category
Candidates should have the necessary educational qualifications for their respective posts.
BPS SO 2020 Selection Process: The candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the preliminary and main examinations. The preliminary examination will be held for two hours with a total score of 150 questions and 125 marks. It will be held in both English and Hindi.
Application fee: For General / OBC / EWS, pay the examination fee of Rs. 8500 / – through credit card / debit card / net banking fee. Rs 175 / – for SC / ST / PWD
IBPS SO 2020 Preliminary Exam Pattern: In the two-hour long paper, each question will be asked from three sections – English Language (25 marks), Reasoning (50 marks) and General Awareness (50 marks) with special reference to the banking industry.
