Roadways Conductor license: 12th pass candidates are considered eligible to apply for Roadways Operator Recruitment. The Roadways Department also recruits employees at the contract level. But for the job of conductor, it is very important to have a conductor license. Direct recruitment to the posts of operator is done by the state government.

To learn first aid, it is necessary to get training from the hospital.

Red Cross Hospital st. john ambulance is trained in first aid. st. The john ambulance course is of 4 days. Applications and fees are paid for training on Monday. Last day st. john ambulance certificates are given to trainees. This certificate is valid for a period of 6 months. st. The certificate is sent home via post by john ambulance. This certificate is valid for a fixed period, which can be renewed. Remember the application forms are filled on Monday itself and training starts from this day itself. First aid certificate will have to be obtained before operator license can be made. Certificate and medical certificate will be given by Red Cross after training
Further processing will be done at the District Transport Office. All educational documents, medical and first aid certificates have to be applied for with license. The application form has to be marked before the District Transport Officer along with the application fee. The Superintendent of Police verification will be sent by the District Transport Office to the respective police station of the candidate. Have to go to the transport office again with the character certificate issued by the police. Character certificate and all documents have to be re-marked at the Transport Office. The operator’s license is made after being signed by the transport officer. It may take a maximum of one month to issue an operating license. This license is sent by post to the home address.
