The Rajasthan High Court has refused to interfere in the petition filed for the postponement of the proposed screening test for recruitment.

The Rajasthan High Court has refused to interfere in the petition filed for the postponement of the proposed screening test on Sunday for recruitment to the post of Veterinary Officer. The court has directed the Rajasthan Public Service Commission to ensure appropriate measures for prevention of infection of Kovid-19 virus while conducting the test. Judge Arun Bhansali gave these orders.
The petition said that applications were sought on 22 October 2019 for recruitment to the post of Veterinary Officer. Earlier, its screening test was to be held in Ajmer on 29 April, but it was postponed due to infection of Kovid-19. The most recent screening test date was August 2.
The petition demanded that the screening test be postponed until the situation becomes normal, given the threat of corona virus. The commission told the court that earlier this test was to be held only in Ajmer, but in lieu of this test would be held at 29 centers of the seven divisional headquarters.
