The Central Government has made a big change in the selection process of school teachers in the new education policy. Till now only teachers were selected from the examination.

The Central Government has made a big change in the selection process of school teachers in the new education policy. Till now, only teachers were selected from the examination, now after two exams, demo class and interview, teachers will be appointed. Only in the examination pattern, teacher recruitment in the state is being completed in two to six years, in such a situation, there will be more time for recruitment in four phases.

Tate will be required for all teachers from primary to higher secondary classes. Along with this, the examination conducted by NTA for subject teachers will also have to be given. After both these exams, there will be interviews and in-class teaching (demo class) for 5 to 7 minutes. The teachers will be selected through the process of these four steps.

Still this system
REIT examination was being done for the recruitment of third class teacher in the state. Earlier, after Tate, teacher recruitment test was taken which was changed by the then government. Recruitment test is also conducted for second class and lecturer.
