Candidates applying for Engineer posts at HPCL are required to have a four-year full-time and regular engineering course degree from recognized institutions. For General / OBCNC / EWS candidates it is necessary to have a minimum of 60% marks. For SC / ST / PWD candidates, 50 percent marks is required to be in the respective stream. Selection of candidates in HPCL will be done in computer based test, group task, personal interview etc. stages.
