Eligibility Criteria for General Manager Job:
General Manager (Technical): The candidate should be an engineering graduate from first class in Electrical / Electronics / Tele Communication / Computer Engineering or its equivalent degree from a recognized university / institute. Individuals holding Engineering Diploma / MBA / PG Diploma Degree in Management will be of additional benefit.
General Manager (HR): The candidate should be a first class post graduate in HR / IR / PM / Social Work or a first class diploma (two years) in HR / IR / PM or first class MBA from HR Specialty. . Preference will be given to candidates with law degree from recognized university / institute.
