Eligibility Criteria for Assistant Teacher and Hindi Teacher Posts:
Educational Qualifications:
Assistant Teacher (UPS) – Graduate from UGC recognized University and 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education or B.Ed. Or D.Ed. (Special Education) or B.Ed. (Special Education) and must pass Assam TET for UPS conducted by Department of Elementary Education, Assam.
Science Teacher (UPS) – B.Sc. from UGC recognized University And 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education or B.Ed. Or D.Ed. (Special Education) or B.Ed. (Special Education) and must pass Assam TET for UPS (Science and Mathematics) conducted by Department of Elementary Education, Assam.
Selection Procedure for Assistant Teacher and Hindi Teacher Posts:
After considering reservation for EWS / OBC / MOBC / SC / ST (P) / ST (H) / PWD etc., the candidates will be selected in the order of merit.
