Eligibility criteria
Applicants must have passed graduation for the post of State Tax Inspector. Candidate should also have knowledge of computer application. The applicant needs Hindi and Gujarati language well. The minimum age of the applicant has been fixed from 20 years to the maximum age of 35 years. Age will be calculated assuming the last date of application as standard. Selection Process
Candidates will be selected on the basis of marks obtained in the Preliminary Examination (Screening Test), Main Examination and Interview.
State tax inspector recruitment 2021 exam pattern
The preliminary examination will be taken for 200 marks. In this exam, questions will be asked from General Studies. A total of 200 questions will be asked in this paper. The duration of the examination will be 2 hours. Only the candidates who qualify in the preliminary examination will be considered eligible for the main examination. The preliminary examination will be conducted on 25 July 2021.
The duration of the main examination will be 3 hours. 100 questions will be asked in this exam. This exam will be written, in which descriptive questions will also be asked. In this exam, the first paper will be Gujarati language, the second paper will be English language, the third and fourth paper will be of General Studies. This exam will be of total 400 marks. The main examination will be conducted in September 2021.

38090 rupees a month for a period of five years. 39900 -126600 rupees per month after completion of probation period as per pay level-7.
