The appointment of candidates to the post of Senior Resident will be for one year, which can be extended for the next one year depending on the requirement of the hospital.

As per official notification for BHEL recruitment, the appointment is initially for a period of one year which can be extended for one more year with mutual consent / requirement of the hospital. There will be a one-month notice period from both sides to end the contract.
