All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Bhopal has recruited faculty positions. Under these recruitments, 33 vacancies have been removed for the post of professor, 19 for the post of additional professor, 39 for the post of associate professor, 64 for the post of assistant professor and 10 vacancies for the post of assistant professor in the Department of Trauma and Emergency. Candidates willing to apply for these posts can apply till 17 August 2020. Selection of qualified applicants will be done on the basis of personal interview.
What is merit
Various academic qualifications and work experience have been fixed for various faculty positions at AIIMS, Bhopal. Along with this, age limit has also been fixed for the eligible candidates. Accordingly, the applicants should not be more than 58 years of age on 17 August 2020 for the posts of Professor / Additional Professor. At the same time, the applicants for the posts of Associate Professor / Assistant Professor should not be more than 50 years of age on 17 August 2020. However, SC / ST / PWD / Government servant category applicants will be given 5 years relaxation in age limit and 3 years for OBC category applicants.
How will choose
Applicants will be shortlisted for personal interview based on the information provided in the application form. Applicants called by the Standing Selection Committee are required to bring a printed copy of the application form, a No Objection Certificate from the current employer and necessary documents. For selection, UR / EWS class will have to bring 60 percent in PI, OBC class 55 percent and SC / ST / PWD class 50 percent marks.
