Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board may release advertisement for police posts next week. The process of recruitment of about 7400 posts of Sub-Inspector and Ministerial Staff in Uttar Pradesh Police is going to start. The number of posts of sub-inspector will be around six thousand. The recruitment board has prepared to recruit 1400 posts of ministerial staff including steno and accountant along with six thousand posts of sub-inspector.
So far 1,37,253 candidates have been recruited in UP Police. UP Police is going to fill around 13000+ vacancies this year. Out of the total, the posts of 3638 jail wardens, 2025 firemen and 102 constables will be filled.
It is expected that candidates will be able to apply online for Uttar Pradesh Police SI Recruitment 2020 by mid-August 2020.

He said, “Our effort is to open an ITI and skill development center in each tehsil of the state, which can give a platform to our youth.” Chief Minister Adityanath laid the foundation stone for police training schools in Gorakhpur, Lucknow and Badaun and the campus of the state’s first PAC women’s battalion in Gorakhpur and said that three PAC women’s battalions would be formed.
He said, “For almost 25 years, there was no police training school in Gorakhpur due to lack of land. Today, we are laying the foundation stone of Gorakhpur Battalion. This battalion of PAC is an important step towards the empowerment of women. When BJP came to power, 1.5 lakh posts were vacant in UP Police and 54 companies of PAC were abolished. These recruits have been streamlined and the capacity of police training has been increased from 6,000 to 12,000. ”
