South East Central Railway Recruitment 2020: South East Central Railway (SECR) has issued notifications for recruitment to the posts of apprentices. For the recruitment of 432 vacancies in various trades including COPA, Stenographer, Fitter, Electrician, Wireman, Electronic Mechanic, RAC Mechanic, Welder, Plumber, Mason, Printer, Carpenter, Machinist, Turner and Sheet Metal Worker under the Prentice Act 1961 The notification has been issued.
Online applications have been invited for SECR Apprentice Recruitment 2020. Online links are available on the apprenticeship.gov.in website from 01 August 2020. Candidates possessing the requisite qualification can apply for these posts on or before 30 August 2020.

Educational Eligibility:
Have passed the 10 + 2 system or its equivalent class 10th examination.
Must have passed ITI course in relevant trades from a recognized institute.
Age Range:
15 to 24 years as on 01.07.2020. (Age relaxation will be provided to reserved categories as per government norms)
Selection Procedure for South East Central Apprentice Posts:
Candidates will be selected on the basis of merit list.
Medical Test:
Selected candidates may be advised to bring a medical certificate at the time of document verification in the prescribed proforma as per Para 4 of the Apprenticeship Act 1961 and Apprenticeship Rules 1992 (as amended from time to time). Medical certificate should be signed by a government authorized doctor (gazetted).
