RPSC Assistant Professor exam 2020 postponed: Rajasthan Public Service Commission has postponed the Assistant Professor (College Education) Competitive Examination 2020. For this, the Commission has also issued an official notice. It has been decided to postpone the Assistant Acharya Competitive Examination 2020 on 26th March, 2021 as per the order of the Department of Personnel, to give benefit to the candidates belonging to the economically weaker section.

This competitive examination was to be conducted by the Commission from April 4 to April 11, 2021 and from April 28 to May 2, 2021. Updates regarding the new dates of Assistant Teacher (College Education Department) Competitive Examination 2020 will be released soon.
RPSC invited online applications from qualified candidates for a total of 918 Assistant Professor posts. The online application deadline was set to be December 30, 2020.

Selection of candidates for the above posts will be done on the basis of written examination and interview.

The interview
(i) 24 marks will be prescribed for the interview.
(ii) According to the total number of vacancies (category wise), three times the candidate will be passed in the written examination. Will be called for interview.
syllabus
The syllabus will be specified by the Commission from time to time, as will be communicated to the candidates within the prescribed time in the manner prescribed by the Commission.
