Eligibility Criteria for Non-Teaching Posts:
Assistant (Ministerial): (i) Officers retired from Government service hold analogous positions in the pay matrix at Level-6 and above in the Ministry cadre on a regular basis. (ii) Retired Upper Division Clerk with 10 years of regular service at Level-04 in the pay matrix.
Library and Information Assistant: (i) Bachelor’s degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science from Government or Government recognized University / Institute.
